"Ben and Jen arrived around 8 and left just before 10," an eyewitness told Us magazine. "Jen came out and walked to the car. Ben was behind her [and] he looked like he might have had a few drinks. Jen seemed content, she didn't look upset and didn't say anything."
The pair dined at Sam's by the Beach without their three children - Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7 and Samuel, 4 - and appeared relaxed with one another.
The exes, both 44, announced their split after 10 years of marriage last June, but neither has taken action to formally file for divorce. Earlier this year, a source said that their relationship had taken a turn for the better.
