Beyonce visits Haiti to see progress made since 2010 quake

Pop star Beyonce visited Haiti, which was hit by 7.0 magnitude earthquake in 2010, to see progress made since the natural disaster struck the country.
The 33-year-old mother of one visited the nation with United Nations humanitarian chief Baroness Amos, reported Ace Showbiz.
Beyonce also shared her photos on Instagram from her visit.
In the photos, the "Crazy in Love" hitmaker could be seen wearing a white tee paired with ripped, high-waisted jeans.
UN mission spokeswoman Sophie Boutaud de la Combe said in a statement that Beyonce travelled with UN Emergency Relief Coordinator and Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Valerie Amos and met "some of the people who were affected by" the devastating disaster .
Visiting areas such as Port-au Prince, Beyonce was all smiles while handing out necessary resources like food and water to local resident.
