"The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 31, 2015 (has unanimously decided)...To change name of the company from Bharati Shipyard Ltd to Bharati Defence And Infrastructure Ltd," the company said in a regulatory filing.
The board also decided to carry out consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company, reflecting the name change by way of postal ballot.
The board has also decided "to issue convertible warrants to the lender".
