The Bhati commission's report on Uttarakhand Seeds and Tarai Development Corporation scam, which was submitted recently to Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, will be tabled on the floor of the House on March 20, state Agriculture Minister Harak Singh Rawat told reporters here.
An FIR will also be lodged against those indicted by the probe panel in its report, he said.
"No one found guilty of looting hard earned public money will be spared, whoever is responsible for the scam will be punished," Rawat said.
The party has disrupted proceedings of the state Assembly on the issue for two consecutive days during its ongoing Budget session and held demonstrations outside the House insisting on a CBI probe into the alleged SIDCUL land scam.
The commission headed by retired IAS officer K R Bhati was constituted on May 10 last year in line with an announcement made by the ruling Congress in its election manifesto that the alleged scams during the previous BJP regime will be probed.
