The cycles and packets were recovered from the house of Harish Yadav, resident of Kewlapur in Amethi district, police said.
Circle Officer Gaya Datt Mishra told PTI these items were recovered by the police on the basis of a complaint made to the state Election Commission.
According to sources, Yadav is said to be a staunch supporter of local MLA and Cabinet Minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati.
Prajapati could not be contacted for his version in this regard.
