The decision of allotment of half an acre land was taken after Chief Minister Nabam Tuki with a ten-member delegation inspected the land at Gaya yesterday along with senior representatives of the district administration of Gaya.
The allottee (party) should commence and complete
construction of the building on the land within one year from the date of allotment.
"Violation of any conditions of the allotment, the alienation/lease shall automatically stand terminated/cancelled and the land along with the building shall be resumed by the government without payment of any cost for any structures," the order stated.
