The league, to be organised by the Billiards and Snooker Association of Maharashtra, would be held over nine days later this year at six clubs across South Mumbai that are the hub of cue sports, an invitation for the unveiling ceremony said.
The exact dates and venues would be announced on Monday at a media conference.
The team owners, star players and organising committee would address the media, while the team names and jersey colours will also be unveiled, according to the invite.
