The 47-year-old actor, who played Kate Winslet's onscreen fiance in the 1997 film, said he wouldn't want to travel with his family aboard the new ship that will set sail in 2016 on Titanic's original route, reported People magazine.
Asked whether he plans to bring the his model girlfriend Candice Neil and their two-year-old daughter aboard Palmer's ship, Zane said, "No. I'm not sure that I'd care to risk it."
"I'm sure I'll get an invitation though. Although it's funny, I can't get a charter to save my life - I don't know if people would really want me on board," he joked, referring to his infamous child-stealing character Cal from the epic blockbuster.
