Activists of Kisan Morcha, party's farmers wing, led by BJP state president Laxmi Kant Bajpai and general secretary Pankaj Singh, took out a procession from different areas of the city, raising slogans against the state government.
Addressing the workers at BJP office, Bajpai said public would remove the "anti-farmer government" in the Assembly polls of the state.
Party's general secretary Singh alleged that farmers were forced to commit suicide in the state and were on the verge of starvation.
Singh said the party would struggle on the roads for the interests of the farmers.
Leaders of Kisan Morcha said that till the time dues of cane farmers were not paid by the state government and their other problems were not resolved they would be raising their voice against the state government.
