BJP today dared Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to lower the level of personal security during campaigning in Kathua district, hit by recent terror attacks, before batting for scraping of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA).
Addressing a series of road-shows and election meetings in Kathua, BJP candidate for Udhampur Lok Sabha seat Jitendra Singh said ministers and the chief minister who suggest scrapping of AFSPA, "will do well to first set an example by lowering the level of their own personal security while touring through the district".
