BJP giving patronage to anti-social elements: NCP

The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) today accused the BJP of protecting anti-social elements and alleged that law and order in the state was in a shambles.
"The three years of Narendra Modi government at the Centre and the three months of Yogi Adityanath government in the state (UP) have proved to be nightmare for the people," NCP state unit chief Ramesh Dixit said.
He was addressing the NCP's state executives and district presidents here
Dixit claimed that Dalits, minorities, youths, farmers and labourers were the most affected as the government was "acting at the behest of capitalists and promoting only their interests".

He further added that the sharp rise in prices of essential commodities was affecting the middle class and the poor.
