At a protest in Rajouri district on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Bharatiya Jana Sangh founder Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee, BJP leaders said that complete integration of J-K with the Indian union should be accomplished by abrogation of Article 370.
Article 370 of the Indian constitution grants special autonomous status to J-K.
Addressing the protesters, BJP state president Jugal Kishore Sharma said that Mookerjee had till the end remained steadfast in his opposition to the provision of permit system and separate symbols for J-K under the slogan of 'Ek Vidhaan, Ek Nishaan, Ek Pradhaan.
BJP National Executive Member and Leader of Legislative Party Ashok Khajuria, too, attended the protest.
