The new plain will be unveiled and elaborated in the Governor's address to the assembly on January 21.
The Legislative Party discussed the issues to be taken up by Governor Margret Alva in her address to the House in the upcoming assembly session beginning January 21, Parliamentary Affairs Minister R S Rathore told reporters here.
Claiming that the state was lagging behind due to the wrong policies of the Congress government, Rathore said the new vision would be incorporated in the Governor's address.
All members were directed to attend the meeting of the Legislative Party on every Tuesday, and those who fail to do so would be fined following an old tradition of the party, Rathore said, adding that the fine may vary from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000 per absentee.
The Chief Minister directed the MLAs to hold meetings in their constituencies routinely and note down public grievances for redressal. She also felicitated all MLAs and gave away a memento of Vidhan Sabha as a symbol of victory.
Today's meeting held in the Vidhan Sabha was attended by 163 newly-elected party MLAs and four Independents, including R S Bhinder and Manak Chand Surana.
