The organisation has also demanded that equal education opportunity be made available to all dalits.
It said that 'caste certificates' issued by one state should be valid in the entire country.
Raj said that attacks on the dalits were on the rise. He also opposed reservation based on economic condition. "People from the upper castes were always given priority. Now it's time for them to give something (to dalits)," he said.
Besides, the organisation has also demanded a law which can ensure reservation for the dalits even in the national cricket team.
