"The results of the 2014 general elections in Odisha will surprise both the BJD and Congress," BJP's state unit president KV Singhdeo said in a statement after pollings were completed in the last phase of elections in 11 Lok Sabha Constituencies and 77 Assembly segments here.
"BJP will perform better than our expectations," Singhdeo said, adding, that the Modi wave would help the party winning the 13 coastal districts.
