"Time has come for Congress, NC, PDP and other votaries of Article 370 to let people know as to how it has helped the state in progress and development," BJP state president Jugal Kishore Sharma said while addressing a public gathering at Sunderbani, nearly 80 kms from here.
Sharma said people should ask NC, PDP and Congress to render an audit of the utility of Article-370.
