BJP questions NC, PDP on Article 370

BJP today asked National Conference (NC), Congress and PDP to explain to people how Article 370 helped in progress and development of Jammu and Kashmir.
"Time has come for Congress, NC, PDP and other votaries of Article 370 to let people know as to how it has helped the state in progress and development," BJP state president Jugal Kishore Sharma said while addressing a public gathering at Sunderbani, nearly 80 kms from here.
Sharma said people should ask NC, PDP and Congress to render an audit of the utility of Article-370.
Rural upliftment schemes for the poor like MNREGA and Indira Awas Yojana have become milking cows for the ruling combine, he alleged and added, "There is no perceptible improvement in road connectivity, rural housing or availability of potable water, though the government is allocating huge sums of money.
