Shaina, accompanied by noted lyricist and former Rajya Sabha MP Javed Akhtar, called upon the CM at Vidhan Bhawan here.
The CM is camping in the second capital of state for ongoing winter session of the legislature.
Meanwhile, Akhtar and Shaina denied that politics was discussed at the meeting.
Shaina told reporters she drew the CM's attention towards the name and photographs of the victim having appeared in a section of media, which she said is "unjust".
Shaina requested Fadnavis to consider relaxing the rules for organ donation for the sake of a middle-aged women who urgently requires a donor from outside blood relations to save her life for kidney transplant.
