"After coming to Bengal today, most of the reporters are asking me why (BJP president) Amit Shah was mum on Mamata Banerjee during BJP's meeting. I feel that both TMC and BJP are playing a political game which has been fixed earlier," Yechury said at a programme here to mark the 102nd birth anniversary of CPI(M) patriarch Jyoti Basu.
The TMC is helping the BJP to pass 'anti-people bills' in Rajya Sabha and, on the other hand, BJP is helping the TMC by virtually stopping the CBI investigation into the Saradha scam, the senior CPI(M) leader said.
