BJYM demands probe into Ramban incident by sitting HC judge

The youth wing of BJP today demanded a probe by a sitting High Court judge into the firing incident in Ramban district that left four persons dead on July 18.
"We demand stern action against all those responsible for the Ramban incident and the subsequent unrest and ask the government to order a probe into the matter by a sitting judge of the High Court," Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha state chief Ravinder Raina said.
"The anti-national forces are hatching a big conspiracy to disturb the peace and the religious harmony of the state," he said.
Addressing people at Ramban, Raina said people having vested interests are trying to communalise the atmosphere by spreading rumours. Youths of the area should remain alert and united to ensure that all such attempts are foiled, he said.
