"BMS opposes government intention to give option to EPF subscriber not to contribute in fund, as PF is money for future and family. This decision will spoil the life of workers as PF money is only hope for all hard days and future plan of workers," BMS General Secretary Virjesh Upadhyaya told PTI.
Earlier in the Economic Survey for 2015-16 tabled in the Parliament today has made a suggestion that EPFO subscribers should be allowed to refrain from making their contributions towards the scheme.
