Bodies of minor brothers recovered from pond in UP

Bodies of two minor brothers were recovered today from a pond in Parsa Maina village under Etwa police station area here, police said today.
The deceased have been identified as Bittu (5) and his younger brother Kartik (3), they said.
The brothers were missing since last evening. Their bodies were recovered this morning, police added.
Dilip Pathak, their father, had dropped the minors near their residence last evening but they did not reach home, they said.
After searching for the brothers whole night, their bodies were recovered from the pond today, they said.
The family is alleging that the boys were murdered and their bodies thrown in the pond, police said.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem, they added.
