The accused has been identified as Anoop Mahajan, a local resident, police said.
On a tip off, a raid was conducted at the house of the accused at Pathankot, police said.
Police recovered Rs 3.30 lakhs, 13 mobiles, a LCD and a calculator from his possession.
Police on Tuesday night had already arrested five bookies while allegedly accepting bets in the area of Sujanpur here in an IPL match.
Police are probing the alleged links of the accused with other top bookies wanted by police.
The accused further disclosed, to provide five star facilities for their customers, coming from Himachal and Jammu region.
The arrested person is originally belonging to Pathankot area having links with Mumbai based syndicate, police said.
