He alleged that polling booth numbers 469, 470 and 471 were captured by the workers of SP for an hour in Noorpur village of the district.
"During the capturing of booths, the goons threw out voters out of the booth and captured the booth," alleged Singh while addressing a press conference here.
The BJP candidate from Ghaziabad Lok Sabha seat also said that when he raised the issue of 2.5 lakh bogus voters to the poll officials they did not pay any heed.
He claimed that by Supreme Court ruling army men can caste votes from the location where they are deployed in the country but "intentionally" 3000 army men posted at Hindon Airbase station were not allowed to caste their votes due to 'legal and administrative' glitches.
On the other hand, BSP candidate Mukuk Upadhyay also alleged that there were irregularities in Pilakhua area on booth number 120.
Upadhyay earlier had complained to Election Commission against two DSPs, ADM, Tehsildar along with four police stations officers of Ghaziabad, demanding their early transfers.
Ghaziabad District Magistrate SVS Ranga Rao, however, rejected these allegations calling them "baseless".
