The currently untitled follow-up to 'The Bourne Legacy' will be directed by 'Fast & Furious' filmmaker Justin Lin and released on August 14, 2015, reported Digital Spy.
Baldwin previously signed up to work on the 'Logan's Run' remake for Warner Bros, while he also wrote upcoming Idris Elba thriller 'Bastille Day'.
Lin will also serve as the film's producer, along with franchise stalwart Frank Marshall and Captivate's Jeffrey Weiner and Ben Smith.
Jeremy Renner will return to the fifth film in the series as Aaron Cross, following his debut in 2012.
