Boy charred to death, another injured in fire

A boy was charred to death and another injured in a fire that gutted about 90 houses today at Khwajaha tola in Bihar's Begusarai district.
The fire broke out in the kitchen of a house and soon engulfed it and the adjoining ones charring to death the 12-year-old boy, sub-divisional officer Suman Kumar Jha said.
Another 10-year-old boy sutained burn injuries.
Fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the blame.
Rescue and relief work were on in the affected locality, the SDO said.
