Boy shoots lover dead; kills himself

A young couple was found dead in a hotel in port town of Vasco today after the boy allegedly shot his lover dead before killing himself with a gun, police said.
Cops found the duo dead in a hotel room with the boy holding the gun in his hand.
"Both the deceased are locals and apparently were in love. They had checked into the hotel this morning," a senior police officer said.
Police have refused to name the couple.
Girl, who was in her early 20s was living in Margao, while boy who is originally from Uttarakhand was staying at Verna village.

Both were working in an industry at Verna industrial estate, police said.
