Devendra of Alur (56) was hospitalised here on September 5 after his two wheeler met with an accident.
He did not respond to treatment and was declared brain dead the next day after scans revealed significant brain dysfunction, KG Hospital Chairman G Bhakthavatsalam said in a release.
Multi organ harvesting was performed by doctors after getting consent of Devendra's wife, son and daughter, he said.
Accordingly, one kidney each was donated today to KG Hospital and Ramakrishna Hospital here, the liver to MIOT Hospital, Chennai and eyes to city based Aravind Hospital, he said.
Devendra, hailing from Alur in Hassan district, had come to the city en route to Annur, about 30 km from here to attend the marriage of his relative when he met with an accident.
