The 25-year-old reality star and 27-year-old Marine Corps vet shared the happy news after speculation of their rekindled romance sparked, reported People magazine.
"Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be. We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!," they said.
The on-again, off-again pair, who have a five-month-old daughter Sailor Grace, previously announced their engagement in March 2015 but called off their wedding days before walking down the aisle in May 2015.
