Britto is currently Director (Technical) at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF).
"We would like to inform you that Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers...Has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director to C M T Britto, Director (Technical), Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers for a period of three months with effect from March 14 or until further orders, whichever is earlier," RCF said in a filing to the BSE.
Manoj Mishra has relinquished the charge of CMD of the company, it added.
