The singer, who was was honored with the Innovator Award at this year's iHeartRadio music awards, thanked his fans for showering so much love on him, reported Entertainment Tonight.
"I want to thank the fans in the building at the fans at home. I love you guys. I do this all for you guys. You make me wanna be a better songwriter, a better performer and a better entertainer.
"Innovator is a very heavy word, and I'm so honored. It's a little ironic for me, because I genuinely feel like I'm just getting started, so buckle up. I don't know where we're going yet, but we're going, so keep up," Mars said.
