Replying to a query about the duration of the session, Rao said it would be a full-fledged Budget session.
The new state of Telangana came into existence on June 2 and it will be the first Budget session of the House elected in April-May Assembly polls.
The vote-on-account budget presented by united Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy ended on September 30.
