At Chipiana village, criminals struck at the house of Bittoo last night and held the family members captive at gun point and robbed four mobile phones, Rs 13,000 in cash, a motorcycle and other valuables. Police have registered a case of theft.
Meanwhile, at Noida's sector 29, bike-borne snatchers snatched purses from two women -- Priyanka Mahajan and Anturi.
Seven cases of auto theft are also reported from different areas of Noida, police said today.
Rameshwar Singh's car was stolen from Sector 27 area. Pooran's bike was lifted from Sector 18. Prath Sharma's Indigo car was stolen from Sector 27. Surinder Singh's motorcycle was lifted from Sector 27, they said.
Police said they are looking into the cases.
