According to the police, the three men had been abducted from district Satna in Madhya Pradesh.
Their bodies were recovered from the Uttar Pradesh side, they said.
The bodies, with 95 per cent burns, were found in the jungles of Bharatpur-Kolhwa under Karvi police station area on Tuesday, the police said.
During investigation, it was found that dacoit Lalit Patel had abducted three persons from different places in the Satna district of Madhya Pradesh on June 30 and the bodies are said to be those of the abducted trio, a police official said.
The bandit is a native of Satna and the MP police has announced a cash reward of Rs 30,000 on him, the official added.
