Burnt body found on National Highway

A burnt body was found today on National Highway near here, police said.
The body, which was 90 per cent burnt, was found by passersby who informed the police.
Parts of a burnt tyre were also found near the body, they said, adding, prima facie it seems to be a case of murder.
The matter is being probed, they said.
