Jessica Steindorff, who claimed she suffered loss of wages and earning capacity, settled her personal claim with Jenner, reported Entertainment Tonight.
Steindorff had also sought compensation for hospital and other medical expenses.
Jenner's insurance company will be making the settlement payment to Steindorff.
On February 7, 2015, Jenner was involved in a multi-vehicle crash that resulted in the death of 69-year-old actress Kim Howe and alleged injuries to seven other people.
Howe hit her brakes after Steindorff's car stopped in front of her, but was then rear-ended by Jenner's car, which caused Howe's vehicle to collide with a Hummer H2 in oncoming traffic.
In September, Jenner was not criminally charged for the incident.
The Los Angeles District Attorney Office said in a press statement it couldn't be shown that Jenner acted in an "unreasonable" manner just before the crash.
