Harris, 32, wrote the new song from the point of view of the other man, reported TMZ.
"I see online that you begun to be a good girl and take trips with your boyfriend. Being attentive, continue to pretend..
"You've hidden my name in your phone so you can call me to tell me you've been going through hell. Left him alone and you booked in a hotel," the lyrics goes.
The song also seems to have reference of Swift's latest love interest Tom Hiddleston.
Swift and Hiddleston first met at the Met Gala in New York in May before she and Harris confirmed the end of their 15-month romance in June.
Harris is set to release the song that features John Newman soon.
