The 47-year-old reality TV star split from "Frasier" actor Kelsey in 2010, with their divorce finalised in 2011.
The pair are parents to 14-year-old daughter Mason and 11-year-old son Jude, and Camille says the animosity between them is causing difficulties in terms of raising their kids, reported People magazine.
"It's very difficult because he refuses to communicate with me and co-parent with me on any level. So what I do is: My kids go to therapy. I go to therapy.
"I used to think that there would be a day that would come along that someday I could co-parent with him, and he would be willing to talk to me because it would only help the kids," Camille said.
"He's just got to accept this and learn to hate me last and love his children. He's got to think of his children first. It's just been difficult. I take it one day at a time.
