Captain Polyplast FY16 net profit up 71% to Rs 3.85 crore

Captain Polyplast Ltd, Gujarat- based manufacturer and exporter of micro-irrigation systems, has reported 71 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 3.85 crore in the financial year ended March 31.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2.25 crore in the previous financial year.
Total income rose 34 per cent to Rs 119.1 crore in FY16 from Rs 88.9 crore in FY15, the Rajkot-based firm said in a release here today.
Earning Per Share (EPS) for FY16 was Rs 3.82, it said.
The company recently migrated from BSE SME platform to the main trading platform.
