Car thieves arrested in Greater Noida

Three people were arrested for allegedly stealing cars using duplicate keys here, police said today.
A police team intercepted Feroze, Shahnawaj and Nadeem at a checkpoint here last night, they said, adding two other accused managed to flee from the spot.
On questioning, they revealed that Feroze, along with the two absconding men, used to steel cars and motorcycles and sell it to dealers in Hapur district of the state.
Three motorcycles, three car engines, a country-made pistol, two knives and key-making equipments were recovered from their possession.
