Carlson Rezidor Hotel Gr to add 7 Radisson hotels by 2018 end

Hospitality major Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is planning to add up to seven hotels under its upscale Radisson brand in India by the end of next year, a senior company official today said.
The company currently has 11 operating hotels under the brand in the country.
"Radisson is the fastest growing brand for us in India. We will be adding up to 7 more hotels under the brand in one year," Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group South Asia CEO Raj Rana told PTI.
He was speaking on the occasion of the relaunch of Country Inn & Suites by Carlson in Gurugram as a Radisson hotel.

The hotel has a total inventory of 200 rooms, that includes 130 renovated rooms and suites as well as 70 newly constructed rooms, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group said.
"We appreciate the investment that the owners have made in upgrading this hotel and the trust they have demonstrated in the Radisson brand," Rana said.

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group currently has 1,440 hotels in operation and under development with more than 230,000 rooms and a footprint spanning 115 countries and territories.
