"Shripati Mishra, who acted as an agent, and CBFC advisory panel member Sarvesh Jaiswal were remanded in CBI custody till August 22," said an official.
Both had been arrested on August 14.
Mishra and Jaiswal allegedly took bribe on behalf of censor board CEO Rakesh Kumar, who was arrested two day ago, for issuance of censor certificate to a Chhattisgarh film.
The CBI lawyer told the court today that the agnecy planned to "confront" Mishra and Jaiswal with Kumar.
