Raids were also carried out at the premises of recruitment committee members and also against five selected teachers in Sagar, Kanpur, Nagpur and Karnal, a CBI official said.
CBI SP, Manish Shroti told PTI that on the basis of various complaints received, three cases were registered and after getting a warrant, raids were carried out at Gajbhiye's Kanpur residence, university premises at Sagar, Karnal (Haryana) and nine other places.

The CBI also seized a large number of documents related to alleged irregularities in recruitments.
