CBSE launches mobile app for e-learning material for students,

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today rolled out its latest mobile application E-CBSE for providing e-learning material for students and teachers.
The new app was jointly launched by Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu and HRD Minister Smriti Irani in the presence of the CBSE Chairman Y S K Seshu Kumar, an official release said.
E-CBSE is a part of the ongoing Digital India, it said adding this is an endeavour to enrich the student and the teacher communities by providing various learning and teaching resources to supplement and compliment curriculum transactions.
This is in addition to the resources available for students provided by NCERT, it said.
