"...In order to facilitate time-bound disposal of industrial license (IL) proposals, the approval of the state government shall be deemed in case of non-receipt of comments within two months of circulating the industrial licence applications," Commerce and Industry Ministry has said.
The decision was taken in the fourth licensing committee meeting held on December 2 last year.
"All the state governments are, therefore, requested to provide comments within a period of two months from the date of circulation of the proposal," it added.
