Centre should strengthen cooperatives, says TMC leader

Senior Trianamool Congress MP Sudip Bandopadhyay today said the Central government should look to boost cooperatives in India.
"The Centre should take up efforts to strengthen the cooperatives in the country," Bandopadhyay said.
State Cooperative Minister Arup Roy said due to the efforts of the West Bengal government, the cooperative system in the state has been strengthened.
The West Bengal Cooperative Department today observed the 64th All India Cooperative Week.
