Having entertained the audience with films like "Hum Aapke Hain Koun", "Hum Saath-Saath Hain" and "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo", all starring superstar Salman Khan, director Sooraj Barjatya says it is difficult to make a family movie in today's changing times.
"Times are changing today. Today, mostly everyone is making youth-related films. But we (Sooraj and Salman) want to do something where we talk about values. Our struggle is to keep it up (with what we have been doing). So for us the bigger challenge is to make a family entertainer," Barjatya said in an interview here.
Sooraj made his directorial debut with "Maine Pyar Kiya" that had Salman and Bhagyashree in the lead. He teamed up with Salman again for "Hum Aapke Hain Koun" and "Hum Saath-Saath Hain", both of which were commercially successful. He then directed "Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon" and "Vivah", without the 'Dabangg' Khan.
The duo, however, teamed up again after a gap of 16 years for "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo", which turned out to be a blockbuster.
Both Sooraj and Salman are slated to come together for yet another film, but nothing has been finalised yet.
"We want to do a film together. There is something but it's too early to say anything right now," Sooraj said.
Salman, meanwhile, is busy shooting for Kabir Khan's "Tubelight" after which he has the sequel of "Ek Tha Tiger".
