Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Leader of Opposition Y S Jaganmohan Reddy hailed the successful launch of ISRO's PSLV-C37 that placed 104 satellites in orbit today.
"Overwhelmed to witness this magnificent feat by @isro in launching 104 satellites. A proud moment for all Indians. Salute to the team!," Chandrababu said a tweet.
Later in a statement, he said ISRO created history through this feat, completely using indigenous technology.
"On this occasion, we cannot stop from raising the slogan 'Jai Vignan', coined by our former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The youth should take the ISRO scientists, who worked tirelessly to achieve this feat, as an inspiration," he added.
The Chief Minister wished India becomes the central point for space experiments in the world and ISRO continues with its successful streak.
The YSRC president said the historic launch of 104 satellites in a solitary rocket propelled Indian space technology to new heights.
Jagan wished ISRO all success in its future projects.
AP Congress president N Raghuveera Reddy also hailed the successful launch of PSLV-C37 and congratulated the ISRO scientists.
"This launch marked the beginning of a new era in space exploration," he added.
