"Back in Thiruvananthapuram after a successful Delhi trip", Chandy said in his official facebook page.
He said he met Modi and Union Minister of state for Information and Broadcasting and Environment and Forest Prakash Javadekar.
Chandy said he also met AICC President Sonia Gandhi and party Vice-President Rahul Gandhi during his first vist to Delhi after the Lok Sabha polls results.
