The Joshis are facing cases for disproportionate assets under the Prevention of Corruption Act and Indian Penal Code.
Apart from the Joshis, the charge sheet is likely to mention 16 others, including their family members, Lokayukta sources said today.
Those who may be named in the charge sheet include Arvind's father H M Joshi, mother Namrata Joshi, sisters Abha and Vibha, associate S P Kohli and his family, Delhi-based stamp vendor Raj Rani, insurance agent Seema Jaiswal and property broker Pradeep Jain.
The Lokayukta had earlier this month received permission for prosecution of the Joshis from the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
