Charges framed against criminal in Dalit murder case

A local court here has framed charges against a criminal, who carried a reward of Rs one lakh on his head, in connection with the murder of a Dalit man.
Special Sessions Judge Naseer Ahmand framed charges against Vinod Bawla under section 302 of the IPC and SC\ST Act in the murder case.
A Dalit man, Rakesh was shot dead at Kinoni village under Shahpur Police Station in the district on September 10 last year by the accused over some issue.
Bawla was involved in more than 45 cases of murder and loot and was arrested in Noida in February this year.
